What is a Lean In Circle?
A group of 8-12 peers who meet regularly to support and inspire one another, guided by a world-class curriculum.

Our free, skills-based Circles program gives you access to research, discussion guides, and practice exercises with a proven record of success.
Be part of a global movement.
Every year, 25,000 new Circles are started around the world. Once you start a Circle, you will be welcomed into a diverse, powerful global movement that includes volunteer-led Lean In Networks that plan events in more than 40 countries. Our community also includes Company and Lean In Girls partners who spread our research and resources to women and leaders around the world.

First step: sign up! This will give you access to everything we offer, including an extra-level of guidance for programs like our Women at Work Collection, which is available to everyone.
Attend a Circle Leader Training
After you sign up, you’ll be asked to join an hour-long training led by a Lean In expert for tips on how to get started. Or, you can join an upcoming training below to get a better sense of what to expect.
Invite others to join your circle
If this sounds intimidating, don’t worry! We provide tools and tips, best practices, and resources for this step, including shareable invites and techniques that have helped thousands of other leaders.
